Q.) WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?

A.) No, you are not truly locked inside of the escape room. In the event of an emergency, all of our rooms are equipped with an “Emergency Key” located above the key pad to the exit. You will touch the key to the pad and the door will instantly open for you.
By using the “Emergency key”, you acknowledge that you want to leave the game in session and are not allowed to enter back into the room. The remaining players will continue with the game until they have escaped or their remaining time has expired.
Q.) WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?

A.) No! Once you book your escape room session you will not share your allotted time with anyone but the people you’ve chosen to play with you.

Q.) ARE ALL ROOMS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
​
A.) You’ll find that most of our escape rooms are suitable for children of all ages but with a recommended age of 10 years old due to understanding and engagement. They must be old enough to follow instructions and rules of the game. Please use your discretion and read the summary of the room in which you plan to book before purchasing your session.
Q.) DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE AND PRIVATE EVENTS?

A.) Yes! We can accommodate a vast array of events such as corporate team building, birthday parties, anniversaries, school events, etc… We will always attempt to cater to any specific request. Please contact us at (810) 215-1068 for more details.

Q.) DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
​
A.) Yes! You can purchase one directly from our website in the booking system. Fenton Escape Rooms gift cards can be redeemed via our online booking page and at the physical location

Q.) WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR BOOKED SESSION?
​
A.) We recommend that ALL players arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to undergo your introduction. This will allow you to receive your full time allotted for the room.

Q.) HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD I HAVE IN MY GROUP?
​
A.) All of our rooms are designed for 3-6 players. There is a requirement of at least 3 players per room. Call (810) 215-1068 for more details/special requests.

Q.) WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
​
A.) Fenton Escape Rooms is a live escape room experience. Once your booking is confirmed we allow for a full refund if the cancellation is more than 48 hours out. If the cancellation is within 24 hours notice, your deposit is forfeit with any remaining monies being eligible for a refund. No call no shows will result in complete forfeiture of any monies paid to Fenton Escape rooms.

Q.) DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?

A.) Unfortunately not all of your escape rooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Each room will require a small amount of physical activity. Sound effects and background music are used within our rooms along with different amounts of light. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.

Q.) CAN I SEND MY KIDS ALONE OR DO I NEED TO BE WITH THEM?
​
A.) While the experience at Fenton Escape Rooms is made for all ages, players 16 and under must be accompanied in the room by a paying adult over the age of 18. You can find our fear factor ratings on each room page to help determine whether or not a room is right for you and your team.​
