Acknowledgment of Risk:

I understand that participation in activities at Fenton Escape Rooms involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. Risks may include but are not limited to slipping, tripping, falling objects, confined spaces, low lighting, emotional stress, interaction with other participants, or mechanical or technical malfunctions.*

Simulated Lock Environment:

I understand that escape room experiences may simulate a locked environment. However, all rooms have emergency exits and participants may leave the room at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Health & Safety Certification:

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating safely, am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and do not have a medical condition that would make participation unsafe.*

Release of Liability:

In consideration of participation, I release and discharge Fenton Escape Rooms, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from participation.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fenton Escape Rooms from claims or liabilities resulting from my actions during participation.

Participant Conduct:

I agree to follow all instructions given by staff. Participants acting in a dangerous or disruptive manner may be removed without refund.

Personal Property:

Fenton Escape Rooms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Medical Authorization:

In the event of injury or illness, I authorize staff to seek emergency medical care if necessary.

Media Release:

I grant permission for Fenton Escape Rooms to use photos or videos taken during participation for marketing or promotional purposes.

Refund Policy:

I understand that bookings and entrance fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by management.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Severability:

If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
